三向六分力动态传感器标定方法的现状和探究

摘要: 三向六分力动态(Fx.Fy.Fz.Mx.My.Mz)传感器的研发和生产,是在随着我国高校及科研院所的地震模拟振动台不断引进和国产化过程中,广大老师和科技人员为检测被试验模型结构支座或节点的三向力的抗震动态力学性能的试验研究而应运而生,同济大学地震模拟振动台,自从上世纪八十年代初,从美国MTS公司全套引进的几十年里,尤其是在改扩建成三向六个自由度和继后在嘉定校区引进全套地震模拟振动台台阵系列产品后,三向六分力动态值参数越来越被重视,且是一个不可缺少的关鍵测试用传感器之一,其所测取的数据在结构抗震试验研究分析中,将起到举足轻重的十分重要作用。

本文就三向六分力动态传感器的研制开发过程,从设计方案开始,在材料选用丶加工制造工艺丶敏感元件选用丶粘贴防潮密封等等作了精心制作,对产品出厂标定等方面作了较全 面的介绍,尤其是对三向力传感器的标定方法丶提出了复合标定方法及应用举例和今后对三向六分力动态传感器的标定的探究,可供现在或即将从事于选用三向六分力动态传感器进行结构抗震试验研究人员参考,也可供国家计量检测研究院所,制订三向六分力动态传感器的标定规范或规程科技人员参考使用!

The present situation and exploration of calibration method for three direction six component dynamic sensor

Abstract: the development and production of the three direction six force dynamic (Fx.Fy.Fz.Mx.My.Mz) sensor is the test of the seismic dynamic mechanical properties of the majority of the teachers and scientific and technical personnel to test the three direction force of the test model structure bearing or the node in the process of the continuous introduction and localization of the seismic simulation shaking table in our universities and scientific research institutes. At the historic moment, the seismological shaking table of Tongji University has been introduced in the early 80s of last century, in the decades since the introduction of the United States MTS company in the early 80s, especially after the extension of three to six degrees of freedom and after the introduction of a series of full set of seismic analog shaking table array products in the Jiading campus, the more dynamic value parameters of the three to six Division. To more attention, and is an indispensable key test of the sensor, the measured data in the test and analysis of seismic structure, will play a very important role.

In this paper, the development process of the three to six force dynamic sensor is developed. From the design scheme, the selection of material, processing and manufacturing process, the selection of sensitive elements and the sealing of moisture proof seal are carefully made. The calibration of the product factory, especially the calibration method for the three direction force sensor, is made. The combined calibration method and application examples and the future calibration of the three to six dynamic sensor are proposed, which can be used for reference to the seismic test researchers of the dynamic sensor with three to six division force, and also for the National Institute of measurement and detection, and the dynamic sensor of three to six forces is developed. Calibration specifications or regulations for scientific and technical personnel reference use!
